Right to information

Affected persons have the right to request confirmation as to whether personal data concerning them are being processed; If this is the case, they have a right to information about this personal data, to further information and a copy of the data in accordance with art. 15 GDPR.

Right to rectification

Affected persons have the right to demand that we correct any incorrect personal data concerning them without delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, the data subject has the right to request the completion of incomplete personal data - including by means of a supplementary declaration. Affected persons have the right to demand that we delete personal data concerning them immediately, and we are obliged to delete this personal data immediately if there is a reason required in accordance with art. 17 GDPR.

Affected persons have the right to demand that we restrict processing if there is a reason required in accordance with art. 18 GDPR.

Right to data portability

Affected persons have the right to receive the personal data concerning them that they have provided to us in accordance with art. 20 GDPR and to transmit them to other parties.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

According to art. 77 GDPR, data subjects have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.

What personal data we collect and why we collect it


Our website can be visited without providing personal data. No personal data is collected. For the quantitative measurement of accesses, only anonymous data about the accesses is saved in log files (the shortened and thus anonymized IP address of the inquirer; name of the file accessed; date and time of the access; notification whether the access was successful). It is therefore not possible to draw conclusions about specific persons.

Participation with signup

Optionally, visitors may choose to participate in the performance. To provide this functionality, visitors need to sign up by submitting a functional email address and a display name that they may choose freely. Further, participants may submit their own content like text and audio. Those will be accessible by other visitors also. In order for other visitors to be able to discern contents from participants, the respective display name will be displayed alongside content submitted by participants. To provide participation and moderation, submitted email addresses will be stored by us for the duration of the performance. Furthermore, to preserve the result of the performance, submitted display names and possibly submitted contents will be stored too. Some forms of participation will also use submitted email addresses to let participants know about new developments regarding possibly submitted content.
